Selling a house sucks.. House Please Sell

We have been working with the Realtor and we are trying to sell our house.  There is no way we can move and get a boat until our house sells.  The market here in Indy is not that good.  We have painters working on the siding and hopefully that makes the house sell really fast.  The house is the last thing we have to sell.  Everything else is gone.  Then we are going to move the parents to a nice retirement condo.

Here is our goals right now.  We have sold off about everything that we wanted to.  We sold the scooters,  the boat and the midget.  All in hopes to eventually move.  We also have the house for sale.  So you could save we have been busy.  Karen has been making blankets and I can tell she is ready to come home.  We have both read many books about sailing and will be ready for another boat.  I love the Pardey books and Karen likes the Eric Hiscock books.  Will keep upated with reading.
